Planning a more intimate gathering? Have your ceremony out on the dock or up in our beautiful 1890’s barn along with your favorite people, maximum of 40 guests and 1 to 4 hours use of the barn complex. Sales tax is added to base day rate.

Ceremony Only
Have your ceremony out on the dock or up in our beautiful 1890’s barn along with your favorite people.
- Pick your 2 hour time block:
10am - noon, 1pm - 3pm
4pm - 6pm, 7pm - 9pm - Officiant (or you can bring your own)
- Decorated arbor
- Bride and Groom dressing rooms
- Sound system to play music you provide for your ceremony
- Use of the Wedding Barn complex for ceremony and pictures up to 2 hours
$400 + tax
Ceremony with Reception
Includes Ceremony package and a Reception in the Barn:
- Pick your 4 hour time block:
11am - 3pm or 5pm - 9pm - Table decorations
- Cake decorated to match your décor
- Iced tea or lemonade plus water
- Sound system for listening or dancing
- Dinner (ask for menu options) with plates, utensils, cups and napkins included
- Help from one our team members from ceremony to cake-cutting
- Enjoy visiting with your favorite people
$1900 + tax
Spring Creek Pavilion Wedding and Luncheon
Our new Spring Creek ceremony site is set under a large, beautiful tree, next to a well and bridge that are perfect for pictures, and a covered pavilion for your luncheon. This is a separate venue area than the Barn Complex. Have your ceremony at our beautiful Spring Creek site and celebrate along with 40 of your favorite people!

Have your ceremony near our beautiful tree and bridge along with your favorite people.
Includes:
- Pick your 2 hour time block: 10am - noon, 1pm - 3pm (Monday-Saturday)
- Officiant (or you can bring your own)
- Decorated tree or arbor
- Bride dressing room
- Sound system to play music you provide for your ceremony and luncheon
- Use of the Spring Creek site for ceremony and pictures up to 1 hour
$350 + tax
Spring Creek Ceremony with Luncheon
Add a luncheon in the covered pavilion that includes:
- Pick your 4 hour time block:
11am - 3pm or 5pm - 9pm (Monday-Wednesday)
10am - 2pm (Thursday-Saturday) - Table decorations (choose from 4 different styles)
- Cake (choice of chocolate or vanilla cake decorated to match your décor)
- Iced tea plus water
- Lunch (ask for menu options) with plates, utensils, cups and napkins included
- Help from one our team members from ceremony to cake-cutting
- Enjoy visiting with your favorite people for 4 hours
